Hansa is spearheaded by our Founder, Syed Baqar Hasan, alongside his two sons, Syed Farhan Hasan and Syed
Irfan Hasan, who are committed to carrying forward the legacy of craftsmanship that began in 1976.
Together, they bring years of manufacturing and export expertise, transforming raw skins into finished
leather to meet the requirements of producing and exporting high-quality leather products, including
leather garments, leather shoes and leather goods.
From India, for the world.
Leadership built on experience
Meet the Minds Behind Hansa Group
Two generations of experience, working together to carry Hansa’s craftsmanship and export legacy forward.
Syed Baqar Hasan
Chairman
The visionary who took the first leap of faith in 1976 with a passion for leather—a spirit that
continues to guide us daily. Under his leadership, the group has achieved several national and
international accolades. Hansa was among the pioneering companies to export leather products from India
to Germany. Under his supervision, we have collaborated with esteemed international and European brands.
Syed Farhan Hasan
Managing Director
A postgraduate in Business Administration, Farhan has spent years at the helm of Hansa’s export
business, collaborating with global partners and buyers. He pairs operational depth with a keen instinct
for expansion, steering strategy and growth as he carries the legacy forward. His responsibilities
include tracking fashion trends, driving creativity and design, and attending and exhibiting at trade
fairs.
Syed Irfan Hasan
Director
Also a postgraduate in Business Administration, Irfan builds on Hansa’s legacy of genuine leather and
true craftsmanship. His extensive experience working closely with international buyers and manufacturers
across sourcing, production, quality control, compliance and logistics has given him a sharp
understanding of quality and global market standards. He is actively involved in day-to-day operations,
collaborating with the Managing Director to maintain supplier relationships, uphold production standards
and enhance export performance.
Export legacy
Decades of international exposure.
Our international experience has been particularly strong in European markets, with Germany forming an
